Maintain a shortlist. This feature exists to help you track candidates you’re keeping your eye on, whether you’re waiting to see assessment results come in or if you are flagging them to consider bringing them into your process

In the recruiter app, navigate to the Favorited Candidates tab to view all your starred candidates in Suited.

This list is unique to each individual recruiter’s portal and is not maintained as a firm-wide list.

How to “Favorite” a Candidate

There are two options for how to add a candidate to the list.

1. Click on the star icon next to their name if viewing in the Candidate list

1. Click on the star icon near the download button if viewing their individual Candidate Detail Report.
